Basic recipe of Savoury Scones

225 gr Self Raising Flour
50 gr Butter
One Egg
Some Milk
Some recipes give 1 teaspoon Baking powder to mix with flour
You can add grated cheese and small powdered mustard to the sacred court Scones.

Mix as if making pastry, add egg and milk to a soft dough.
Shape on floured surface
With pastry cutter or a big round cut into 8 like an apple pie!
Bake 180 for 10 minutes.

Savoury / sacred scones here are served just with butter or cream cheese.
